BAHAWALPUR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 18th Sep, 2026) A man lost his life when he fell underneath a tractor-trolly on road in Qaimpur area of tehsil Hasilpur.
According to an official press release issued by the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122), a tractor-trolley loaded with wood waste used as fuel for brick kilns overturned after its driver attempted to give way to an oncoming rickshaw.
“As the tractor-trolley veered off the road and overturned, a man sitting on top of the loaded trolley fell and became trapped beneath the material,” the official said, adding that his companions, who were traveling on the tractor, managed to pull him out, but he had already succumbed to his injuries.
The body was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, Hasilpur, in the presence of the police. The deceased was identified as 18-year-old Iqbal.
