He said this was why neither its receipt nor its actual price would be made public.
The PTI leader said the necklace was purchased during August and delivered to the United Kingdom rather than Pakistan.
The items included one men’s and one women’s watch, three rings, two special-edition Cartier bracelets, a Loro Piana coat and a piece of the Holy Kaaba covering bearing the Kalima Sharif written in gold thread.
He also mentioned a women’s Rolex and a men’s Patek Philippe among the watches.
However, these claims could not be independently verified.
