Passengers arriving in Dubai on flydubai will be able to obtain the Esaad Card at a special price, Dubai authorities said.
DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 18th Sep, 2026) Dubai Police and flydubai have signed a memorandum of understanding under which passengers arriving in Dubai on flydubai will be able to obtain the Esaad Card at a special price, giving them access to special discounts and benefits across various sectors from the first day of their stay in the United Arab Emirates.
Eligible flydubai passengers will be able to purchase the Esaad Card at a special price and receive discounts on products and facilities related to entertainment, lifestyle, tourism and other services.
The agreement was signed by Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri and flydubai Chief Commercial Officer Hamad Obaidalla at the Arabian Travel Market 2026 held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Under the partnership, eligible passengers will receive discounts, special offers and benefits through the Esaad Card across 10 sectors, including restaurants, theme parks, shopping centres, tourism and travel services, health and sports, family services, automotive services, hotels and accommodation, education, government services and online shopping.
According to officials, the initiative aims to further improve the experience of tourists visiting Dubai and provide them with financial benefits on various services used during their stay.
Lieutenant General Al Marri welcomed the partnership, saying it reflected the commitment to establishing modern and effective partnerships across different sectors.
He said such partnerships would help strengthen Dubai’s tourism system and improve tourists’ experiences from the moment they arrive in the emirate. According to Lieutenant General Al Marri, public happiness and quality of life are important parts of Dubai Police’s government responsibilities.
Dubai Police is working to expand the scope of its partnerships and initiatives to facilitate services for both the local community and tourists visiting Dubai. He said attention was also being given to keeping Dubai among the world’s safest cities and further strengthening its global identity in terms of quality of life, excellent services and high performance.
The partnership connects Dubai Police’s Esaad programme with flydubai’s extensive air network.
flydubai currently operates flights to more than 125 destinations in 56 countries, covering locations across Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Southeastern Europe, the Gulf countries, the middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia.
According to flydubai, around 100 of its destinations are markets that previously had no direct air links to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, or had very limited connectivity.
Hamad Obaidalla said flydubai was pleased to cooperate with Dubai Police on the initiative, as the partnership highlighted the importance of improving the experience of tourists visiting Dubai and providing passengers with greater facilities.
He said travel demand for Dubai was continuing to grow, with a further increase in tourist numbers expected in the coming months and during the winter season.
Hamad Obaidalla said the partnership would enable flydubai passengers to benefit from special offers and privileges throughout the year while enjoying Dubai’s tourism, entertainment and other activities.
He added that flydubai would continue working with its partners to help maintain Dubai’s position among the world’s leading tourist destinations and provide visitors with a more convenient and improved experience from arrival throughout their stay.
According to flydubai, the airline’s fleet includes more than 95 Boeing 737 aircraft.
Through its extensive network, the company is connecting Dubai with numerous destinations where direct air links were previously limited. As a result of the new partnership between Dubai Police and flydubai, eligible passengers arriving in Dubai will receive special Esaad Card benefits in tourism, shopping, food, accommodation, health, entertainment and other everyday services, potentially reducing the cost of their stay and making their travel experience more convenient.
