LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 18th Sep, 2026) The Dolphin Squad conducted an operation in Lahore‘s Defence area and arrested a suspicious individual, recovering weapons and ammunition from his possession.
According to a Dolphin spokesperson, the suspect was stopped and searched during a routine check in the Defence Market; a pistol, ammunition, and magazines were recovered from him. The suspect also resisted the Dolphin team in an attempt to evade arrest.
The spokesperson stated that the arrested individual has been identified as Shahryar, who has a prior criminal record.
The suspect has been handed over to the Defence-B Police Station for further legal proceedings.
