BANNU, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 17th Sep, 2026) Domail police on Thursday foiled an attempt to smuggle foreign goods and seized items worth more than Rs10 million during a raid, police said.
Acting on intelligence, a police team led by SHO Domail Allah Nawaz Khan searched a Mazda truck and recovered 120 cartons of foreign cigarettes, 27 sacks of naswar and 11 cartons of fireworks.
Police handed over the seized goods to Customs authorities for further legal action.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of SDPO Sadar Arshad Khan on the directions of DPO Bannu Muhammad Furqan Bilal.
