ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 17th Sep, 2026) The seizure of containers has begun in Islamabad to prevent a protest. Container owners say Islamabad Police have also taken custody of containers carrying medicines.
The owners said the containers had brought medicines for Rawalpindi and Islamabad, adding that the medicines inside could be damaged because of the heat.
They said police had taken the container keys and documents, including driving licences, consignment receipts and other paperwork.
