Justice Baqir Najfi sent Nawaz Sharif to London on a Rs50 stamp paper, and today the same judge is shamelessly telling Imran Khan to seek treatment at a government hospital, his sister said.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th Sep, 2026) Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founding chairman Imran Khan, has strongly criticized the judicial system and urged the nation to take to the streets to demand its rights.
Speaking to the media in Islamabad, she said Justice Baqir Najfi was the same judge who had allowed Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad, namely to London, on the basis of a mere Rs50 stamp paper.
Today, she said, the same judge was shamelessly advising Imran Khan to seek treatment at a government hospital. She added that this double standard had exposed the true state of justice in the country before the public.
Commenting on the current situation of the judiciary, Aleema Khan said that Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, who was the head of the judiciary across the country, had surrendered before the Constitutional Court.
She said it had become completely impossible to receive justice in the country according to the Constitution and law, and that the system would never provide justice to Imran Khan. She added that the nation and the oppressed could no longer expect justice from these court buildings because all institutions had deviated from their original purpose.
Addressing media representatives, she said she was taking to the streets for the release of her brother, Imran Khan, and the protection of the country’s Constitution.
If the nation and future generations genuinely wanted justice, she said, they would now have to come out on the streets to obtain it because no good could be expected from these government buildings. She urged the nation to leave its homes for the sake of a safe and dignified future for itself and its children and raise its voice against this injustice.
