NEW DELHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 12th Sep, 2026) Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
Iranian media and the Abu Dhabi Media Office confirmed the meeting, saying Sheikh Khaled and the Iranian president discussed several regional and global issues of mutual interest.
The two leaders stressed the importance of supporting efforts to reduce tensions, prevent the situation from deteriorating further and strengthen stability in the region. They also emphasized the need to advance opportunities for peace and development for the people of the region.
