ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 10th Sep, 2026) Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Thursday urged the leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to opt for dialogue to resolve political issues and adopt democratic means to move forward.
Speaking to a private television channel, the minister said PTI should avoid the politics of agitation and resolve
its differences through dialogue and democratic forums.
He said the government would not allow anyone to create law and order problems through long marches or protest demonstrations. He urged PTI leaders to desist from creating chaos for what he described as personal interests.
Commenting on the issue of creating new provinces, he said Parliament was the appropriate forum to debate the matter. He added that public opinion would also be necessary before taking any decision on the creation of new provinces.
