RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 2nd Sep, 2026) A local court on Wednesday sent the main accused, Faisal Asghar, and his employee, Zeeshan, to Adiala Jail on judicial remand after police completed their physical custody in the Hina Javed murder case registered at Civil Lines Police Station.
The two suspects were produced before the court following the expiry of their physical remand. During the proceedings, investigating officers did not seek any further physical custody for interrogation, prompting the court to order that both accused be sent to judicial custody.
Faisal Asghar, the husband of the deceased, and his employee Zeeshan are facing allegations in connection with the murder of Hina Javed.
Police had registered the case under Sections 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code on a complaint filed by the victim’s brother, Fahad Javed.
With the suspects now in judicial custody, investigators are continuing efforts to establish the circumstances surrounding the killing and determine the alleged role of each accused.
Police officials said the investigation remains in progress and further developments are expected as investigators examine available evidence and pursue other aspects of the case.
