QUETTA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 31st Aug, 2026) Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Monday said that through collective consultation and mutual cooperation, Balochistan could be put on the path of development, prosperity and stability.
He said this while talking to Provincial Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar, Member Provincial Assembly Engineer Zamrak Khan Achakzai, Mir Chakar Khan, Vice Chancellor of Rind University Sibi Dr Mumtaz Ali Baloch, Ali Jan Bugti, tribal leaders Mir Shafqat Marri, Maqbool Marri, former Deputy Commissioner Dera Bugti Azhar Shahzad, Advocate Munir Kakar, Najeeb Kakar, and Malik Ghaffar Khan Nasir called on him separately here.
The meetings discussed the overall situation of the province, public issues, development issues, administrative matters, higher education and various issues of mutual interest.
On this occasion, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the provincial government is taking practical steps for the solution of public issues and sustainable development of the province.
He said that the government’s top priority is to provide basic facilities to the people, complete development projects on time and make the governance system more effective.
The Chief Minister said that the suggestions of public representatives, tribal elders, educationists and different sections of the society are given importance.
He said that all stakeholders are being taken together for the development and prosperity of Balochistan and no negligence would be tolerated in solving public problems.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the government is taking coordinated steps to improve the sectors of education, health, employment, law and order and infrastructure in Balochistan saying that including remote areas of the province in the development stream is an important part of the government’s policy.
