QUETTA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 28th Aug, 2026) Administrator of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation (QMC) Bashir Ahmed Bareach, Friday, directed the concerned officers to utilize all available resources for cleanliness and beautification of Quetta city.
He said this while presiding over a meeting at the Metropolitan Office here.
Addressing the meeting, Administrator Bashir Ahmed Bareach said that the officers posted in different areas of the city would show personal responsibility for the beauty, cleanliness and overall improvement of their respective areas.
He said that each officer would be responsible for monitoring and timely completion of beautification measures in his respective area.
He said that practical steps are being taken to make Quetta city clean, beautiful and provide a better environment for the citizens.
“Special attention will be paid to the improvement of the city’s internal and important places, roads, intersections, green belts and other public places”, he said.
The Administrator directed the concerned officers to ensure quality and transparency in beautification works and to regularly monitor the ongoing initiatives in their respective areas.
He clarified that negligence regarding the beautification and cleanliness of the city would not be tolerated.
