KARACHI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Aug, 2026) One person was killed while another sustained injuries in a firing incident near Gulistan-e-Johar in Karachi
on Thursday, according to Rescue sources quoted by tv channels.
According to initial reports, unidentified assailants opened fire in the area, killing one person on the spot and injuring another.
Rescue team reached the scene after receiving information about the incident and shifted the deceased and injured person to a nearby hospital.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
