LODHRAN, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 20th Aug, 2026) Police arrested a man allegedly involved in killing of his wife.
According to police officials, the accused, identified as Rafiq, allegedly attacked his
wife, Saira, with an axe.
The woman sustained serious injuries and died.
A case was registered against the accused at Lodhran police station.
DPO Benish Fatima took notice of the incident and directed police to ensure that those involved
in such crimes were brought to justice.
The police arrested the victim’s husband after investigation.
