KARACHI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 18th Aug, 2026) A woman was killed while two others sustained injuries in a firing incident in the Gulshan-e-Hudaid area
of Karachi, on Tuesday, according to police sources quoted by television channels.
Initial reports said that unidentified assailants opened fire on a motorcycle, killing a woman on the spot and injuring two other people. Rescue and police teams reached the scene after receiving information about the incident
and shifted the deceased and injured to a nearby hospital.
Police have launched a search operation to trace and apprehend the suspects involved in the firing. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
