BAHAWALPUR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th Aug, 2026) Two men sustained injuries following a firing incident that erupted out of a neighborhood dispute in the Hasilpur area on Sunday.
According to Rescue 1122, a group of men frequently used to gather outside a local residence. Neighbors had reportedly requested them on several occasions to refrain from standing near their home, which led to a growing tension between the two sides.
The situation escalated when the men failed to comply with the repeated requests, prompting the neighbors to open fire on them.
As a result of the shooting, both individuals identified as Kashif and Hamza suffered bullet injuries.
Rescue 1122 personnel rushed to the scene, administered initial first aid to the victims, and subsequently shifted them to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, Hasilpur, for further medical treatment.
police registered a case against the nominated suspects.
Further investigations was underway.
