BAHAWALPUR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th Aug, 2026) A young man was injured when an unidentified assailant allegedly opened fire on him while he was asleep at his home in Hasilpur here on Saturday.
According to Rescue 1122, The victim identified as 18-year-old Raees was sleeping when an unidentified suspect sneaked into the house and targeted the victim before managing to flee from the scene.
Upon receiving information, rescue personnel arrived at the location, provided first aid to the wounded man and shifted him to the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital for further medical treatment.
Police also reached the crime scene, gathered evidence, and launched an investigation to trace the fleeing suspect.
