HYDERABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th Aug, 2026) Secretary Sindh Bar Council (SBC) Pervez Memon has requested the District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to suspend court work on August 20 to facilitate elections for the office-bearers and members of the District Bar Association Hyderabad.
In a letter to the honorable judge, Memon said the SBC needed seven rooms in the court building to set up polling booths for voters.
In a separate letter to the District Election Commissioner, Hyderabad, he requested 28 ballot boxes, 40 screens and 200 plastic seals to conduct the polling process.
