FAISALABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 8th Aug, 2026) The Pakistan-Saudi Arabia-Turkey defense agreement has received an enthusiastic
public welcome in Faisalabad where a solidarity rally organized by the district administration
brought together government officers, religious scholars and members of civil society to
voice support for the Makkah accord and describe it as a significant step towards great unity,
collective security and stability in Muslim world.
The rally participants said that the joint defense agreement marked the opening of a new
chapter for Muslim Ummah and reflected the importance of collective efforts for safeguarding
peace, security and regional stability.
They said that Pakistan had consistently advocated Muslim unity and collective security at the
international level and it would continue playing its dynamic role in promoting cooperation
and solidarity among Muslim countries.
The speakers expressed the hope that Makkah agreement would contribute to strengthening
mutual cooperation among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey while helping create an
environment of peace, security and stability in the region.
The participants raised enthusiastic slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and prayed for progress,
prosperity and security of the country.
