ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 8th Aug, 2026) Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Political Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Saturday said that Field Marshal General Asim Munir played a key role in the agreement among Pakistan, Turkiye and Saudi Arabia.
Talking to a private media news channel, he said Pakistan had earned respect through its diplomacy over the past few years, adding that the country had also been blessed with honour during the Iran-US conflict.
The minister said the government had been considering providing major relief to the people, but difficult circumstances arising from the Iran-US conflict prevented it from doing so.
