DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th Aug, 2026) Three young men were killed and two others injured in four separate firing incidents reported in Garah Matt, Badni Khel, Paharpur and Kotla Sayedan areas, police said on Friday.
In Garah Matt, 28-year-old Rizwan was shot dead allegedly by Abdul Rashid and Rafiullah over an unknown dispute. The police have registered a case at Chaudhwan police station on the complaint of the victim’s father.
In Badni Khel, 25-year-old Mushtaq Ahmed was killed when armed men allegedly opened fire on him and two others over a longstanding murder dispute.
The other two escaped unhurt.
A 16-year-old boy, Ibrahim, was also shot dead in Paharpur, reportedly after he refused a friendship offer.
Meanwhile, two men were injured when a security guard allegedly opened fire on them near a petrol station in Kotla Sayedan.
Police said the motive behind the attack was not immediately known.
Separate cases were registered and investigations were underway.
