QUETTA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 5th Aug, 2026) Former Federal Minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind on Wednesday said that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan, the relationship of the occupied Kashmiris with the entire nation is eternal.
In his statement issued here on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir, he said that India has always tried to erase the love of Pakistan from the hearts of the Kashmiris of occupied Kashmir, but India forgets this every time, the hearts of Pakistani and Kashmiri brothers beat together.
He mentioned that the atrocities being inflicted on the Kashmiris should be ended and the Kashmiri people should be given the message of freedom, the international community should take notice of the oppression and cruelty of the Indian state institutions in Kashmir.
He said that the Rind tribes expressed their full solidarity with the Kashmiri people, saying that August 5, 2019 is the black day on which the BJP abolished the special status of Kashmir by abolishing Articles 370 and 35 A from the Indian Constitution, which we condemned at every forum.
He said that for decades, an unstoppable series of Indian state atrocities has been going on in Jammu and Kashmir, in which millions of innocent Kashmiris were martyred and now the special status of Kashmir while abolishing the Kashmiri land, extremist Hindus are being settled and an attempt is being made to convert the majority of Muslims into a minority.
He said that the international community should take notice of the oppression and cruelty of Indian state institutions and give Kashmiris their right to self-determination in accordance with the United Nations resolution.
Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind said that the people of Balochistan, including the Rind tribes, would fully support and endorse the right of Kashmiris to self-determination, for which they could continue to raise their voice against Indian state oppression at every forum.
