LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 2nd Aug, 2026) A 24-year-old young man, Abrar, died on Sunday while indulging in wheelie-doing on Canal Road Ichhra to FC Bridge.
According to initial information, a group of young men led by Lala Sajid, was doing one-wheeling on Canal Road. About an hour before the accident, Lahore Traffic Police took action against this group and arrested one Husnain and handed him over to Ichhra Police Station for legal action, while others fled the scene.
According to a traffic police spokesperson, hundreds of videos of one-wheeling were allegedly recovered from the mobile phone of the arrested accused Husnain, which have been handed over to the police concerned for further legal action.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle lost control and met an accident, as a result of which 24-year-old Abrar died on-the-spot. A brother of the deceased was also part of the wheelie group and present on the scene. As soon as the incident was reported, the traffic police and the police concerned reached the spot, while all aspects of the accident are being reviewed and legal action is underway.
