ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 2nd Aug, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari Sunday strongly condemned the suicide blast in Kabal area of Swat.
In a statement, he expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of precious lives in the suicide attack and prayed for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks and for patience for the bereaved families.
He also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the blast and directed the concerned institutions to provide the best medical facilities to the injured.
Terrorists will never succeed in their nefarious attempts to harm peace, national unity and state writ, he said adding the sacrifices of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and law enforcement agencies are a source of pride for the entire nation.
“A comprehensive investigation into the incident should be conducted and the elements responsible for terrorism should be brought to justice,” he added.
