PESHAWAR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 31st Jul, 2026) Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Friday strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Chodhwan Police Station in Dera Ismail Khan and sought a report from the relevant authorities.
He directed that the injured police personnel be provided the best possible medical treatment and paid tribute to the martyred policemen, saying the entire nation acknowledged the sacrifices of the police and armed forces.
The governor also expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs.
Governor Kundi also expressed deep grief over the coal mine explosion in Quetta, extended condolences to the bereaved families, and prayed for the eternal peace of the deceased and patience for the heirs.
He urged the Balochistan government to ensure effective relief operations and provide all possible assistance to the affected families, particularly those of the workers belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
