RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 13th Jun, 2026) The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted three operations in different parts of the country and arrested six suspects, recovering 43.5 kilograMS(kgs) of hashish worth more than Rs 3.2 million.
According to an ANF spokesperson, during an inter-provincial drug interdiction operation near the Islamabad Toll Plaza, ANF seized 18 kg of hashish from a vehicle and arrested four suspects.
In a separate operation near a hospital on GT Road in Rawalpindi, ANF recovered 8.7 kg of hashish from a rickshaw and apprehended two suspects.
Meanwhile, ANF seized 16.8 kg of hashish from a vehicle near a college in Mansehra during another operation.
The spokesman said cases had been registered under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA), 1997, and further investigations were underway.
