SIALKOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th May, 2026) Faisal Manzoor, Chairman board of Governors, University of Sialkot (USKT), held a
meeting with Kathryn Jack, Head of Membership and External Affairs at the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), to discuss opportunities for academic collaboration, research partnerships, and global engagement among Commonwealth universities at USKT.
According to USKT, during the meeting, Faisal Manzoor appreciated the role of ACU in promoting higher education and research excellence while formally expressing USKT’s interest in becoming a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
He also highlighted the scholarship and funding opportunities offered by the University of Sialkot for both national and international students.
Kathryn Jack visited the USKT campus and admired the university’s modern infrastructure, academic environment, and educational facilities.
At the conclusion of the visit, Faisal Manzoor presented a souvenir to the guest.
