KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-May 9th, 2026) The price of gold in Pakistan recorded a slight decline on Friday, with the per tola rate falling to Rs934,662 amid minor movements in both local and international bullion markets.

All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association said that the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs400 in the domestic market, reflecting a marginal easing in demand and global price adjustments.

The association further reported that the price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs2,315, settling at Rs423,235.

On the international front, gold prices saw a slight downturn of $4 per ounce, bringing the global rate to $4,713.

Despite the small decline, gold prices remain at elevated levels, keeping jewellery demand under pressure across local markets.
