ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 12th May, 2026) Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi has strongly condemned the explosion that occurred near the Naurang Police Station in Lakki Marwat, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives, including two traffic personnel.
In his statement, the interior minister conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs and assured them of the government’s full support during this moment of grief. He prayed for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident.
“We extend our complete sympathies to the families of the martyrs,” Naqvi said, adding that the entire nation stands united in its resolve to crush the menace of terrorism. He emphasized that every segment of society in Pakistan has rendered significant sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
The minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to eliminating terrorism from the country, stating that such cowardly acts cannot weaken national determination.
