KARACHI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 12th May, 2026) The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Karachi, acting on information shared by a Federal intelligence agency, arrested two suspected drug peddlers during a joint operation in New Karachi, officials said on Monday.
According to SIU officials, the suspects, identified as Naeem and Muhammad Kashif, were allegedly involved in online drug trafficking.
During the raid, police recovered 225 grams of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as “ice”, from their possession.
A case has been registered against the suspects at the SIU Police Station, while further investigation is underway, officials added.
