SIALKOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 8th May, 2026) Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sialkot (WCCIS) President Dr Mariam Siddiqa chaired a meeting with female entrepreneurs of the city to discuss the role of women in various industries and explore opportunities for business growth and collaboration.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on the position of women in the business sector, challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, and the importance of strengthening women-led enterprises through mutual cooperation and networking.
The Women Chamber team encouraged the participants to become active members of WCCIS and play their role in empowering and supporting other women entrepreneurs across the region.
The meeting proved to be highly productive and successful, promoting meaningful discussions, stronger professional connections, and a shared commitment towards the growth and development of women-led businesses in Sialkot.
Senior Vice President (SVP) WCCIS Gulzaib Waqas Awan, Vice President (VP) WCCIS Rubina Naveed and women entrepreneurs were also present on this occasion.
