ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th May, 2026) Vice Chancellor of the Federal urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST), Professor Dr Zabta Khan Shinwari (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Sitara-e-Imtiaz), called Operation Marka-e-Haq a golden chapter in the history of Pakistan, emphasizing that the successful defense of the country by Pakistan’s Army, Pakistan Air Force, and the entire nation together will always be remembered in history.
Talking to APP, in his message on the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, Dr Shinwari said that Pakistan is a great nation. Whenever anyone tried to cast an evil eye on the country, the people of Pakistan stood side by side with the armed forces and defeated the enemy’s evil intentions.
He said that the response given to the enemy during the war imposed in May 2025 is a rare example in the modern world. Today, while celebrating the anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, the whole nation feels proud.
“We are proud of the professional performance and defense capabilities of our Army, Navy, and Air Force,” he said.
Dr Shinwari further said that Marka-e-Haq proved that Pakistan’s defense capabilities are strong and unbeatable. Pakistan is an important power in the region, and this gives the nation confidence and dignity in the world.
Addressing the youth, Dr. Shinwari said that the future of the country is in their hands, advising the students to get modern education, learn technical skills, and develop critical and analytical thinking so they can prepare themselves for the leadership of the nation.
Dr Zabta Khan Shinwari also congratulated the Pakistan Armed Forces, the government, diplomatic staff serving abroad, and the entire nation on the anniversary of Marka-e-Haq.
