ISLAMABAD: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-May 5th, 2026) The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has extended the deadline for submission of applications for its ongoing recruitment drive, offering additional time to candidates applying for 1,394 jobs across the country.
An official notification issued by the Ministry of Interior stated that the last date for submission of applications has been extended by one week. Candidates can now apply until May 11, 2026, instead of the previously announced deadline of May 4.
The vacancies were advertised on April 19 as part of a nationwide hiring campaign.
The agency has clarified that all previously announced terms and conditions will remain unchanged. The cut-off date for determining age, educational qualifications, and experience will still be May 4, 2026.
Officials said the extension was granted to facilitate applicants and ensure broader participation in the recruitment process.
Applications will be accepted only through the official online portal, and manual submissions will not be considered.
