Local bullion markets say the price of 24-karat gold per tola reaches Rs493,162
KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-April 25th, 2026) The gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a sharp increase on Saturday, tracking the upward trend in the international bullion market after a brief period of stability.
According to local bullion markets, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs2,300, reaching Rs493,162.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs1,971 to settle at Rs422,806.
The increase comes after a rise in international gold prices, where the per-ounce rate gained $23 to reach $4,708, influencing local market sentiment.
Market dealers said the upward movement reflects global price fluctuations, which continue to directly impact domestic rates.
The rise in gold prices has once again made the precious metal more expensive for buyers in local markets across the country.
