MUZAFFARGARH, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 19th Sep, 2026) The Civil Defence Department on Saturday launched a crackdown against illegal LPG refilling points,mini petrol pumps and oil agencies in Shah Jamal and Khangarh.
According to Civil Defence sources,Civil Defence Officer Arshad Hameed Sindhu confiscated equipment from three vehicles allegedly involved in illegal LPG refilling and got a case registered at the local police station against illegal LPG refilling in Khangarh.
Similarly,complaints were submitted to the Shah Jamal Police Station against four persons allegedly operating illegal oil agencies in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Civil Defence Officer Arshad Hameed Sindhu said that a zero-tolerance policy against illegal LPG refilling and unauthorised oil agencies would continue.
He said strict action would be taken against those found violating safety regulations and endangering public lives.
