A large number of containers have been brought to D-Chowk and Embassy Road, according to a report.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 15th Sep, 2026) The process of sealing Islamabad’s Red Zone has begun following opposition parties’ calls for protests. A large number of containers have been brought to D-Chowk and Embassy Road in Islamabad.
It may be recalled that Jamaat-e-Islami has called for a long march on 20th September against the petroleum levy and inflation, while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced an Islamabad long march on 27th September.
