In the documentary, Wilson claimed that Musk often made her feel inferior and unimportant and constantly pointed out her shortcomings.
She said Musk spoke to her like an employee.
Recalling an incident from their marriage, Wilson said that during their first dance at their wedding in 2000, Musk told her, “I am the one with the power in this relationship.”
Wilson and Musk married in 2000 and separated in 2008.
The couple has six children.
Wilson also discussed Musk’s relationship with their transgender daughter, Vivian. She claimed that after Vivian announced that she was transgender, Musk ended her health insurance and did not attempt to improve his relationship with her.
Wilson further claimed that Musk views the mothers of his children merely as women who bear his children and considers them interchangeable.
Musk does not appear in the documentary.
He has already described the film as a “hit piece,” while his lawyer has raised legal objections to some of the claims made in it.
