The ice cream seller was seen committing an indecent act with a young girl in CCTV footage, while more than 100 complaints had reportedly been filed against him.
KAMALIA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Sep, 2026) The suspect, Shehryar, accused of committing indecent acts against a young girl in Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia, Punjab, was killed during an alleged operation and encounter with the Crime Control Department (CCD).
According to details, an extremely shameful video of Shehryar, an ice cream seller in Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia, had gone viral.
He could clearly be seen committing indecent and immoral acts with a young girl. In the viral CCTV footage, the suspect was seen forcibly committing an indecent act with and harassing the girl.
It was reported that after the video emerged, widespread concern and anger spread throughout the area, with citizens demanding the strictest action against the suspect.
Meanwhile, during an operation to trace him, Shehryar was allegedly killed on the spot after being shot by his own accomplices during an exchange of fire with a CCD team.
Police said that Shehryar was not an ordinary criminal, as more than 100 complaints relating to mistreatment of girls and other crimes had been registered against him at various police stations.
They said no compromise would be made on the protection of children and that the strictest legal action would continue against such elements without discrimination.
