ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 3rd Sep, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar here on Thursday chaired a meeting to review preparations for Pakistan‘s upcoming multilateral engagements, including the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Special Secretary (UN) briefed the Deputy Prime Minister on the preparations and key aspects of the upcoming engagements, a DPM’s Office news release said.
The deputy prime minister provided guidance on Pakistan’s priorities and directed all concerned to ensure comprehensive preparations and effective coordination. The relevant senior officers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the meeting.
