DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 01st Sep, 2026) Trina Storage, a global energy storage solutions provider and a business unit of Trina Solar, launched its ‘Elementa + Electra’ solution for the first time in the middle East during Middle East Energy 2026, which opened on Tuesday at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The integrated utility-scale energy storage system offers a storage capacity of up to 50 megawatt-hours and an overall efficiency of up to 96 percent.
The solution combines the 6.25-megawatt-hour Elementa 3 battery system with the 13.8-megavolt-ampere Electra platform and offers operating durations ranging from two to eight hours, providing greater flexibility for energy storage projects.
Jack Chen, Head of Energy Storage for the Middle East and Africa at Trina Solar, said the company is focused on providing utilities and developers with integrated solutions that combine performance, reliability and flexibility to support the growth of the region’s energy storage sector.
Trina Storage’s participation comes as countries across the Middle East and Africa accelerate the expansion of renewable energy capacity, while energy storage solutions play an increasingly important role in enhancing grid stability and flexibility and supporting pathways towards climate neutrality.
