RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 28th Aug, 2026) Police have arrested a two-member gang allegedly involved in the theft of rickshaws and motorcycles and recovered a stolen rickshaw, four stolen motorcycles, six mobile phones and cash from their possession.
According to police spokesperson, the suspects were apprehended during an operation conducted by Taxila Police Station.
Police have registered separate cases against both of them and further investigation was in progress.
SP Potohar Chaudhry Asar Ali commended police team and said the suspects would be presented before the court with solid evidence.
He added that those involved in depriving citizens of their valuable property would not be able to evade the law and would be dealt with according to the law.
