Sarai Alamgir Sadia Dogar and Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir
Azmat Warraich, inspected the route of central Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) procession
and reviewed arrangements.
According to official sources, the central procession, led by President Ahle Sunnat
Wal Jamaat Muhammad Naeemullah Naeemi, will commence at 9 a.m. from Jamia
Masjid Ghosia Rizvia on GT Road. It will pass through Service Road, Main Bazaar
Chowk and Jamia Masjid Bismillah before reaching Azmat-e-Mustafa Chowk.
The procession will return to Main Bazaar Chowk, where the Municipal Committee
will set up a reception stage, before proceeding to Milad Chowk. It will then proceed
via GT Road to Jamia Masjid Ghosia Rizvia, where it will conclude at around 11 a.m.
The deputy commissioner reviewed cleanliness, security, traffic management and
other arrangements along the route and directed the relevant officials to complete
all arrangements in time.
The procession organizers appreciated the arrangements made by the Assistant
Commissioner and Chief Officer and assured the district administration of their full
cooperation.
