SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th Aug, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO),Muhammad Touqeer Naeem on Tuesday conducted a surprise inspection of the Urban Area Police Station in Sargodha,directing officers to improve public service,strengthen patrolling and expedite the disposal of pending cases.
Naeem reviewed administrative affairs,security arrangements and the overall functioning of the police station.
He inspected the condition of the building,cleanliness,record rooms,lock-ups and front desks.
The DPO directed police officials to treat complainants with dignity and ensure their grievances were addressed promptly,stressing that every citizen deserved respectful treatment at police stations.
He also instructed officers to adopt more effective patrolling strategies and ensure the timely disposal of pending and high-profile cases.
DPO Naeem said providing swift justice and maintaining a secure environment for residents remained among the police department’s top priorities.
He urged officers to uphold professional standards and perform their duties with dedication and responsibility.
