FAISALABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 19th Aug, 2026) The annual Zonal Seerat-un-Nabi conference on “Protection and Character Building of Youth in the Light of Seerat-un-Nabi” was held at the municipal corporation hall under the auspices of the Punjab Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department, here on Wednesday.
Commissioner Dr Imran Hamid Sheikh was the chief guest on the occasion. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Noman Siddique was also present.
The other participants were Director Administration Auqaf Punjab Muhammad Shakir Sandhu, Assistant Commissioner (city) Adil Umar, Zonal Khatib Auqaf Maulana Muhammad Aslam Saqi and other scholars.
The Commissioner said that love to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is our faith and it is an honor for me to participate in the annual Seerat-un-Nabi conference.
He expressed pleasure over the organization of the conference by the Auqaf Department and said that Eid Milad-un-Nabi will be celebrated in a dignified manner across the division.
He said that may Allah Almighty grant us the ability to follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).
Other speakers also addressed the conference and discussed the topic “Protection and Character Building of Youth in the Light of Seerat-un-Nabi”.
Later, special ‘Dua’ was offered for the sovereignty, development and prosperity of the country.
