BAHAWALPUR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 12th Aug, 2026) A security guard was shot at and injured by unidentified assailants while he was on his way to work near Dera Nawab.
Rescue personnel said the injured man said he was a security guard at Al-Saudia Gasoline Station, Dera Nawab.
The attackers shot at and injured his both hands.
The Rescue-1122 personnel provided the injured man with first aid, and shifted him to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Ahmedpur East for further treatment.
The victim was identified as 40-year-old Ali Nawaz, son of Shah Nawaz. Local police have registered case against the suspects.
