LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Aug, 2026) Ravi Road Police arrested two alleged liquor dealers and recovered 200 litres of ready-made liquor from their possession. Police said on Sunday, a team raided an alleged mini-warehouse used for storing and preparing liquor and arrested two suspects, identified as Basharat and Shakeel.
The police also recovered raw materials used in liquor production, drums and a large number of empty bottles from the premises.
Police said the suspects allegedly stored the finished liquor in blue plastic gallons and supplied it to different areas of Lahore. They were also allegedly preparing liquor in large quantities to meet demand during various festivals.
A case was registered against the arrested suspects, while further investigation was underway.
