RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 4th Aug, 2026) Veterinary Officer (VO) and Paravet Staff interns, including Veterinary Assistants and Artificial Insemination Technicians (AITs), inducted under the Chief Minister Punjab Internship Programme attended an orientation session and performance review at Livestock department Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
During the session, directorate officials briefed the interns on the structural hierarchy, strategic objectives, and core operational mandates of the Livestock Department.
The participants were guided through the divisional facility to observe live operations across the specialized Pet Clinic, Cold Chain storage networks, and mobile Training school units.
Programme directors further outlined field reporting protocols, administrative responsibilities, and professional conduct benchmarks expected of the interns throughout their tenure.
