The local authorities said relief efforts were continuing across the flood-hit areas, with relief camps and distribution centres operating to provide assistance to affected families.
Rehabilitation activities are also underway as the situation gradually improves.
More than 1.1 million people have been affected by the floods across the state, officials said.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said a comprehensive assessment of the damage would be carried out once conditions improve.
He added that the state government would engage with insurance companies to help affected residents reduce and recover from the financial losses caused by the flooding.
Officials said relief and rehabilitation operations remain focused on supporting displaced families and providing essential assistance to communities affected by the disaster.
